For the time being, unfortunately no. Creating a fillable pdf is a time-consuming process, so I might yet do it, but I've found it much easier to use Google Docs's spreadsheet function: it's much more convenient for running and charting games online instead of constantly editing and saving pdf's. I have a free copy here that you can use: just copy the Blank tab at the bottom for multiple characters and embed rules text as notes.
